Description
Jordan earned her undergraduate nursing degree at the University of Pennsylvania and her graduate nursing degree at Frontier Nursing University. Jordan also has a Bachelor's Degree in Gender, Women’s, and Sexuality Studies and Religious Studies from Grinnell College. Before becoming a Nurse-Midwife, Jordan worked as a labor and delivery nurse and a doula.
She chose midwifery because she believes in the importance of empowering people to make decisions about their bodies. Jordan enjoys providing labor support, pregnancy care, and women's health care across the lifespan. She is particularly interested in trauma-informed care and LGBTQ+ health.
Jordan lives in Chicago with her spouse and small dog. She enjoys spending time at the lake, reading mystery novels, and taking road trips.
